This is a primary reference source with the law stated as at 1/1/1997 (but includes the 1997 Constitution of Fiji which came into force in 1998 and was upheld in a recent Fiji Court of Appeal decision - The Republic of Fiji v Prasad Civil Appeal # ABU0078 of 2000).
