LA REVUE JURIDIQUE POLYNESIENNE

Created in 1994, the “Revue Juridique Polynésienne ”  (R.J.P) is published once a year, under the auspices of the “Association de Legislation Comparée de Pays du Pacifique” (A.L.C.P.P.), in collaboration with Victoria University Law Review (VUWLR), the New Zealand Association for Comparative Law (NZACL) and the School of Law of University at the University of the South Pacific (USP).

A multidisciplinary journal, it contains articles in French or English languages relating to various aspects of legal, social and human sciences with a main focus, but not exclusively, on the countries of the Pacific zone.

Its scientific and editorial committee, is currently composed of that of VUWLR and NZACL and of Professor Sylvie André (President of University of French Polynesia), Professor Horatia Muir Watt (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), Dean Paul Cannu (University of Paris I Panthéon-Sorbonne), Dean Yves Brard (University of Maine), Professor Jérôme Huet (Paris II), Dean Bob Hughes (Dean, University of South Pacific), Dean Anthony Angelo (Victoria University of Wellington) and Dr. Yves-Louis Sage, Maître de Conférences, (University of French Polynesia, Teaching Fellow at Massey University).
