Copyright and Copying Policy:

Material appearing in the Journal of South Pacific Law is accepted on the basis that the material is the original work of the author or authors. Authors agree to indemnify the Journal of South Pacific Law for all damages, fines, costs and expenses whatsoever associated with a finding of copyright infringement by the author or by the Journal of South Pacific in disseminating the author's material. The Journal of South Pacific Law and its authors grant a licence to those accessing the Journal to call up copyright materials onto their screen and to print out a single copy for their personal non-commercial use subject to proper attribution of the Journal of South Pacific Law and/or the authors.

There is no minimum or maximum length. Items for this special section will not be refereed, but included at the discretion of the Editorial Board of the Journal. The guidelines for style and citation for the refereed section will apply.
