CODE OF THE TRUST TERRITORY OF THE PACIFIC ISLANDS 1970

The Editor's "Third Revision" of the Trust Territory Code was enacted into positive law by the third Congress of Micronesia during its Third Regular Session, 1970. 

The Trust Territory Code also includes annotations from the decisions of the Trial and Appellate Divisions of the High Court reported in Volumes 1-4 of the Trust Territory Reports, classified to the appropriate Sections of the Code cited therein.
